How it works · 7 phases · 1 loop

Pick. Reserve. Operate immediately.

CEO Arcade is a real operating layer dressed in an arcade wrapper. Reservation is one-time and removes the brand pack from public inventory. Mission Control opens at checkout with 500 monthly credits and your 30-day operating clock running. The AppFactory builds your app in the background.

A glowing four-node loop: a coin/cabinet, a key/lock, a power switch, and a P&L chart connected by a circular Bullion-gold filament.
Launch timeline

From checkout to public launch.

One clock. The 30-day operating window starts at checkout, in the same step that opens Mission Control. The AppFactory builds your app behind the scenes and tells you when it's live.

  1. Day 0 · Reserve $49 paid The brand pack leaves public inventory. Mission Control opens immediately. The AppFactory begins building your app.
  2. Day 0 · Operate Seat active · 500 credits unlocked 30-day clock starts. Chief of Staff briefing, treasury, advisor board are live. Refundable any time before the public app goes live.
  3. Days 1–3 · Public launch App live · Mission Control banner + email When the AppFactory finishes, you'll see a live banner in Mission Control and get an email confirming the public app is running.

The credit loop in detail

01 Phase 01 · Pick

Pick a cabinet

Take the matcher, browse the cabinet wall, or shuffle through arcade mode. Each entry includes the ICP, a first-customer mission, and the working microsite.

02 Phase 02 · Reserve

$49 Launch Pass

Pay $49 once. The brand pack leaves the public inventory. Mission Control opens immediately and the AppFactory begins building your app in the background.

03 Phase 03 · Operate

Take the seat

30-day operating window starts at checkout. 500 monthly credits unlocked. The Chief of Staff walks you through your first mission while the app builds; a banner + email tell you the moment it goes live.

04 Phase 04 · Quote & reserve

Approve a quote

Every meaningful action gets quoted: cost, confidence, recurring impact, risk. You approve. Credits get reserved — not yet spent — and PermaShip runs the work.

05 Phase 05 · Settle

Settle the work

Under budget? Unused credits return. Over budget? PermaShip pauses and asks for approval before spending more. On budget? Credits clear. Ledger updates.

06 Phase 06 · Earn

Revenue → earned credits

Real customers pay your business. After processing fees, the platform fee, infrastructure COGS, and the refund/dispute reserve, the rest becomes earned credits.

07 Phase 07 · Cash out or replay

Reinvest or withdraw

Earned credits can buy more upgrades, fund a second cabinet, or be withdrawn as cash after settlement. Operating credits cannot — only earned credits can become money.

Where the loop happens

Mission Control is the dashboard you sit in.

Activation drops you into Mission Control. The Chief of Staff opens the day. The advisor board (Engineering, Growth, FinOps, Customer Voice, Product) reads your metrics and proposes moves. The AI staff ships the work you approve. Treasury, missions, build status, brand, domain — all on one screen.

If you stop operating

Operating rights work like domain registration: a grace period, then suspension, then a reclaim window before the cabinet returns to inventory.

  1. Active

    Business is operating normally.

  2. Renewal due

Activation + 30 days. Paid from earned credits, then card.

  3. Grace period

7 days. App stays live; treasury shows a warning.

  4. Suspended

Day 37. Dashboard limited; public app may be paused.

  5. Reclaim window

30–60 days. Restore by paying overdue + a reclaim fee.

  6. Reclaimed

Cabinet returns to inventory or the secondary market.

Advisors are free. Actions cost credits.

The advisor board is part of every Operator Plan tier. They explain options, analyze your dashboard, and propose moves. Credits are only spent when proposals turn into real work.
