Refunds.
The short version: refundable before activation, except for hard costs you've approved. The long version is below.
Launch Pass and Launch Plus (one-time reservation)
- Before activation: Fully refundable, except for any hard costs (e.g. a
registered
.comdomain) you have already approved through the dashboard. - After activation: The launch pass is non-refundable, but support credits may be granted for service failures (extended downtime, missed quotes, etc.).
- Launch Plus extras: Domain allowance is non-refundable once the domain is registered. The expanded branding pack is delivered up-front and is non-refundable.
Operator Plan (recurring monthly subscription)
- Pro-rated refunds are not offered for partial months. If you cancel, your business stays operational through the end of the paid period.
- If we suspend operations (e.g. severe outage on our side), we'll either credit a future renewal or refund the affected portion at our discretion.
Credit packs (purchased credits)
- Purchased credits are non-withdrawable as cash by design (see the cashout policy).
- Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no action has been taken against them. After 14 days, purchased credits are non-refundable but do not expire for a long window.
Domains and other hard costs
- Non-refundable once registered. Domain registrars do not refund registrations, so we cannot either.
- If a domain registration fails on our end, the credit reservation is released back to your treasury automatically.
Custom feature work
- Credits are reserved at approval, not spent. Unused reserved credits return to your treasury after settlement.
- Completed work is non-refundable unless caused by a platform failure (e.g. our pipeline shipped something materially different from the approved quote).
Earned credits
- Earned credits are not refunded — they are revenue, not a purchase. They are withdrawable as cash after the settlement window and reserve hold close. See the cashout policy.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ceoarcade.com from the address on the account. Include the cabinet name, the date of purchase, and a short note. We respond within two business days.
