Four things make this different

01

Catalogue, not blank canvas

Other tools ask "what do you want to build?" We ask "which company do you want to run?" 628 fully-branded businesses, ready to reserve.

02

Buy, then operate immediately

Pay $49. Mission Control opens at checkout with 500 monthly credits. The AppFactory builds your app in the background and tells you, in Mission Control and by email, the moment it's running publicly.

03

Credits price every action

A domain is ~120 credits. A branding refresh, 100. A small feature, 300–750. Every action is quoted before it ships, and unused reserved credits return to your treasury.

04

Earn it, then withdraw or reinvest

Customer revenue becomes earned credits after fees and reserves. Reinvest into upgrades, or cash out at month-end. You decide.

Every catalogue business is a cabinet.

Pick one and run it like a CEO. Same engine underneath, different brand, different niche, different feature trajectory.

The economy

One ledger. Four kinds of credits.

Operating credits buy upgrades. Earned credits come from real revenue and can become cash. The line between them is bright on purpose.

The five questions everyone asks

Common worries, plain answers.

What if no one buys?

You're operating a real business — there's no guaranteed audience. The matcher weights cabinets toward your strengths and your distribution channel, but distribution is your job. The trade is concrete: instead of building from scratch, you pay $49 to start with a finished brand, dashboard, and engine, and you point your audience or outreach at it. If no customers come, the loss is the $49, your renewal months, and any credits you spent — not months of building.

What happens on day 31?

Day 30 is renewal day. The Operator Plan ($49/mo at Starter) renews from earned credits if you have them, otherwise from your saved card. Another 500 monthly credits are granted. If renewal fails or you cancel, the cabinet enters a 7-day grace, then suspension on day 37, then a 30–60-day reclaim window before the cabinet returns to public inventory. The full lifecycle is on How it works.

Do I keep the brand if I cancel?

While the cabinet is active, the brand pack is licensed to you. If you stop operating and the cabinet is reclaimed, the brand goes back to inventory and may be reserved by someone else. If you want to own the brand, code, and domain outright, there's a buyout path once eligibility is met (see the Operator agreement).

Who owns the code and the domain?

The unbranded substrate code and the PermaShip engine stay with the platform. Brand-pack assets are licensed to you for the active life of the cabinet. The ceoarcade.com subdomain is provided; a custom .com is an optional upgrade (~120 credits, hard cost). Buyout transfers the brand IP, source for that cabinet, and domain into your name.

How does revenue actually get to me?

Customers pay through Stripe on your cabinet. Stripe takes processor fees; the platform deducts the platform fee and any infra costs attributable to the cabinet; the remainder becomes earned credits in your treasury after the settlement window. Earned credits become cash via Stripe Connect after KYC, settlement, and the reserve hold close. Full mechanics: Economy · Credit & economy.
